The Adventures of Conan Live Show from Universal Studios

Way back in 1983, after the success of the Conan the Barbarian motion pitcure, corporate greed birthed the horror of the Universal Studios live production of The Adventures of Conan, also called the Conan: Sword & Sorcery Spectacular. Ugh. How lame is that?! This just goes to show that anything cool can be turned into a silly, fireworks filled stage show jam-packed with cringe-inducing absurdity.

Still, it's a part of our favorite hero's history and must be acknowledged.







I can make fun of it all I want, but the truth is that I enough of a nerd to secretly want to see this! I mean, fire-breathing giant serpents? Half-naked Red Sonja swinging a sword? Awwww YEAH!
