This blog was originally started by Reis and posted on Myspace way back in 2006, but he decided to move it to the larger, more accessible Blogger network in 2008, to better reach the large Conan fan base.
These blog posts represent our personal fandom and are a collection of whatever we can find on our favorite son of Cimmeria. If we find it on the web, we try to post it here. Some of the content, such as fan art, custom action figures and the like are not always used by permission, but we have only posted them out of great respect for fellow fans to enjoy. However, if you see something on here of yours and you'd prefer we took it down or notice that we haven't given proper credit, feel free to let us know and we'll fix it as soon as we can.
We sincerely hope you enjoy the blog and we encourage you all to please make comments and share your thoughts!
Never thought I'd have anything good to say about the QOTBC trainwreck, but I actually found this slightly more enjoyable than the print version...surprise!
On a completely unrelated note - Blogger, when will you let people edit their own comments?
Isn't that the truth Benito. I've been flipping through a large number of older issues of Savage Sword of late (doing some research for an upcoming post), and the artwork is simply stunning - much of it thanks to John. Haven't read them in a long while, but many will agree that Roy set the bar so high that we may never read anything better.
And that was 30-40 years ago. Hard to believe that with such a large pool of talent to draw upon in the comic book industry these days that we're not seeing better material.

it's like what if...REH lived in TIN TIN's world and wrote CONAN stories from there
Seeing things like this makes me realize how much I miss John and Roy's work.
