Conan Comics From England!

I found these beauties for sale on the Mile High Comics website. They intrigued me as I had never seen this format in the States. Well, turns out that this format was never released here (well, a similar format was, but that's another story).

Apparently, in England, Marvel comics (among many other comic companies) would collect their title issues into three issue chunks and print them out in just b&w, recolor the cover and shrink it all down to a digest size book, which were called "pocket books" over the pond.

What I wouldn't give to add these to my collection!
